Palwal is located on National Highway Number-2. Palwal Bus Stand is newly developed and Haryana Roadways buses are available from Palwal Bus Stand. There are a lot of buses available from UP Roadways, Rajasthan Roadways, Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), Capital Bus Service and some buses of private operators.

KMP Expressway that was supposed to start in June 2009 still not opened but a little bit of traffic is moving from there at his own risk. This KMP Highway is also known as Western Peripheral ExpressWay (WPE) and it is divided into three sections, each section have 45 km distance.

4 Flyovers are under construction, where this Expressway crossing National Highways likewise NH-1 Near to Kundli, NH-8 Very close to Manesar, NH-10 Near to Bahadurgarh and NH-2 close to Palwal. It also crossing State Highway No.13 and it is passing near to Rozka Meo Industrial Area in Nuh Mewat District.

It has approx 16 No. (Overpasses & Underpasses) on State Highways as well as Major District Road. It has 7 No.overpasses, 9 No. underpasses and 27 No. underpasses at crossings on Small & Big Village Roads. It has 33 underpasses (vehicular), 31 passages for cattle crossing, 61 crossing for pedestrians, 4 numbers Railway Bridges, some miner & 18 major roads. It has cross drainage about 292 locations and 2 truck parkings, 4 bus bays also needs to be constructed.

In Dec.2010, the then Chief Minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda has done a survey of this highway and he has reviewed its progress. As per him company, who is doing construction work has assured to complete 53km stretch by March 2011 however it still could not be completed.
